When we do any project our crews on site fill out daily progress reports that are sent out at the end of the day. Each daily progress report will have a percentage complete, comments, and photos to show progress.

Roofshield+ Preventative Maintenance

Tier 1

  • Annual visit in fall or spring
  • Clean minor debris from the roof area
  • Clean lower-level gutters
  • Detailed annual roof inspection report
  • Client portal access for assets management
  • Photo documentation
  • Repairs categorized
  • Proposal with a plan of action
Cost: $350 per year
Note: This is for one story homes with a pitch no greater than 8/12 up to 2,500 sq ft. Homes 2-stories or over will be price dependent.

Tier 2

  • Everything included in Tier 1
  • Clean gutter system
  • Up to 5 minor roof repairs included (I.e., Missing or lifted shingles/ridge cap and nail pop)
  • Clean debris from the roof area
  • Re-seal all pipes, chimneys, or other penetrations
Cost: $725 per year
Note: This is for two story homes with a pitch no greater than 8/12 up to 2,500 sq ft. Homes over two stories will be price dependent.
